It was my second time here today and I can’t help but express my disappointment. I felt like everything was just very rushed and I was just being shuffled through my treatment at the highest speed possible. I came for a cleaning and they even forgot to clean an entire side of my teeth due to how little they seemed to regard my time. I had to address this to get my cleaning done appropriately. Unsure if I’ll return. Thanks.

Had my first wisdom tooth removed because it was impacted. I have to come in for another wisdom tooth that needs a dentist
My last appointment was with Dr.Fahad, he was really good and professional. He explained everything before starting working on my teeth.The staff is really nice and friendly, I recommend them to my friends and my family.
This is the second time I’ve come to Kudos Dental both times have a been a pleasure! Hard to believe since it is the dentist. Cindy the receptionist has been very helpful, sweet and very clean with sanitizing the office and door both times. She pulled up my records from the year prior and asked to verify if any changes have been made. Fatima the other receptionist is also very nice and helpful. They help each other willingly and are positive towards one another and the patients. Now, the first time I came in, I needed my impacted tooth pulled mr. Marwan Abbas put me at ease explained everything thoroughly prior to doing so and ensured I was comfortable he was very considerate of pain. He informed me of several cavities I have and well- here I am once again! I came in for a dental cleaning& 2 cavity fillings and a referral for guess what- you got it another impacted tooth! Referral for oral surgery (I prefer to be put to sleep as I suffer from anxiety badly!) He ensured I was at ease considered using numbing gel(lidocaine) for ease of pain for me! He asked me to inform him if I feel pain - I didn’t feel any- upon all of the scary looking tools used. I’m a happy camper as I felt such a relief when I didn’t feel any pain. He ensured I was set to leave with my referral- and gave me an estimate of 2 hrs For numbing to go away- stayed I’m allowed to eat right after but cautioned me to wait until numbing went away to eat - to prevent accidental biting of the lip while eating(so considerate). Thank you to Kudos Dental I will be returning to have my other cavities filled!
Very friendly staff . Dr:alobaidi is the best he did many fillings to me and couldn’t feel anything very light hand .
