Kudzu Real Estate, Inc was officially formed in March of 2007 by Bob Potter and Rachel Swann Potter. Both have been active investors in the Nashville real estate market for since 1999. With a passion to return older homes to their former glory and a desire to keep affordable housing options available, Kudzu was born. Both quit their 9-5 corporate jobs and moved back to Nashville in order to focus solely on the development of Kudzu Real Estate.
