Derek did a fantastic job getting my well repaired when the pipe split in the casing. Got out to the house the same day and had it fixed the next. Very pleased with the response and service.

If i worked with Derrick again i would make sure i paid as i went and not give 5500 in advance. We paid a 2nd installment in full ahead of time for the water tank and solar hook up neither of which was done to completion. We ended up paying for it 2x (around 1k) since we had to have someone come in and finish the plumbing to the tank and the electrical connections. Our neighbors paid as they went and Derrick finished the job to completion...we weren't so lucky. We called him about it and he stated he did everything that was suppose to be done and wasn't going to give any money back. When we paid the 2nd installment he used the word "finished" pertaining to the work that would be done, which wasn't the case.
