I made few transports for this company with deliveries for Unilever / BMW / FM warehouses. Each time the same story again. For example: when they have unloading booked on friday in the evening they inform carrier that unloading will be between 7am and 4pm in order to cover a load for their client. They don't care that somebody won't load anything the same day. 3 transports made in the past, each time problems with long time waiting. Of course they won't pay for the waiting time anything. Dirty behaviour, not professional at all!
Company whitch searching how to charge you , I got penalty fo 15 minutes late on the loading place 300 eur . If you dont need somth from tham - dont start to work with tham.
