We went by the store, spoke to the owner and asked for an appointment to come to our home for measurements. We were assured we would be called. After calling two other times, we have decided they must not be the company for us. I understand if they are busy but it is more honest to be told \ this is our busy time of year and we are just not able to get to you right now. Could you be flexible with us?\ Instead, they have lost our business and their reputation.

Excellent work! I have a 100 year old chimney that was unsafe to use and needed a liner, custom cap, and flu components. Three other companies said it couldn't be done and only offered insanely expensive quotes to destroy the current chimney and essentially rebuild it. Mike and his son came out, did the work for a fraction of the cost in one day and the old chimney is completely functional again. No excuses, no up-selling, no scams. Only what was necessary while preserving a unique part of this old house. Just lit a few fires and its great. Highly recommend these guys!
