Charlie Kuhn was wonderful to work with. He was able to save us about 2,000 per year between auto and homeowner's insurance policies, so obviously I'm pleased that I checked in with him. Some of that is obviously out of his control, but...he is an extremely polite, competent and thorough man to speak with. Over the course of a couple of days, Charlie took about two hours in total to explain numerous coverages, and besides saving my family money, also increased coverage in a couple of areas. I highly recommend that anyone call to go over your policies with Charlie...I honestly think that he is really looking out for his clients. It would have been easy for him to have just saved us some money, but it's very impressive that he took so much time to inform us about our policies and to answer the numerous questions that we had. Thanks Charlie!
