I made an appointment for 12:15, when I got they told me to come back at 15:15. When I arrived still had to wait a whole hour before seeing the Dr its pointless setting up an appointment with them cause they never on time. Very frustrating

This must be the worst after-care I have ever received from a doctor. After prescribing a product that is no longer in production, I had to wait 2 days for a new script. After getting the product, I read the common side effects are worse than my original situation; I asked doctor to call me but they said no, he does not consult over the phone I must come in for a proper consultation. This is pure negligence from his side, as he should have explained the product to me, and the side effects, so I could make an informed decision. I have now been asking for my blood results to be forwarded to another doctor since last week, and he still has not done so. Also, this product in contraindicated for a couple of conditions that I have, and I KNOW it's on my file. I do not trust his judgement and want to see another doctor about these test results, but he is not cooperating. Truely bad health "care".

My experience was awesome the doctor was really helpful and very friendly i would recommend him to anyone and the receptionist were friendly too

Saved my son's life. Went in without appointment, on arrival he saw that my boy was about to go in to diabetic coma. (He never had any health issues up to that day.) Dr Pedro stabilized him called a ambulance and traffic dept and notified hospital in minutes. My boy (a type1 diabetic) is alive today because of Dr Pedro and God for putting him on our path. Will forever be grateful

I would highly recommend Dr Pedro. Good quality care and very professional with excellent people skills. He is one of the few Dr's that doesn't rush and actually listens to you. Thank you Dr Pedro for excellent care and advice... If you have to wait a little longer, be patient it's worth the wait.

What can I say...but rather disgusted by a particular front desk lady. I've been a few times at this Dr and never had an issue. But these days this front desk lady became so unprofessional which really leaves a bad impression on the Dr's. Back in my day I was in that field and NEVER would I treat patients/clients like piece of sh!t! An appointment was made through my insurance so that Dr could do a full medical check on my husband at 09:30am. We got there 09:20am but we were turned away saying that we needed to be there at 08:30am??? Really? As far as I know and Google know they open at 09:00am not 08:00am. I was puzzled by that. I made contact with our insurance company and they confirmed it was 09:30am. Anyway...I asked this front desk lady at 09:20am if an appointment could be made for later in the day instead. Without any effort or even checking she rudely said no! I was sick to my stomach with her rude attitude response. I felt so belittled and embarrassed because there were 2 other patients in the waiting room that heard this. I then left and came right somewhere else. At about 12PM I received an SMS stating that I need to pay for consultation...like what!!! It would've been covered by my insurance but we were turned away? They so quick to send sms for payment but they cannot send sms to confirm appointment? I'm never sitting my foot there again! I dnt have issues with the Dr's they are amazing but seriously they need to do something about their front desk ladies. Either get new ones who can do a way better job!

I made an appointment on Tuesday at DR Pedro, only to arrive at the doctor's rooms to be told in a very rude and abrupt manner that the doctors had left for the day due to a power outrage in Kuils River. I was also told they could not contact patients because their phone did not work either. I left work early to make this appointment. This is unacceptable service. May I suggest you get a cheap cell phone to send sms's to you're patients if this should happen again...and it probably will. Needless to say, I will not be going back.
