Nageswaran temple. An architectural marvel. It is in the heart of Kumbakonam, walkable from Maha maham tank. Probably a Kilometer. It is for Lord Siva and for any naga dosha nivarthi/Parihaaram. It is really spacious and peaceful. You would feel the bliss and blessings of Lord Siva. Sthala viruksham is vilvam. Special sannidhi for Pralaya kaala rudran. Ambal/Parvathy sannidhi is so mesmerizing. There is a separate sannidhi for vallalar and the statue is in the raja gopuram also. I need to know the significance and will update here. The sannidhi for Natarajar is built like a chariot. Please watch out for elephant sculptures and horses. Raja gopi ram roof has wonderful paintings. Overall it a divine treat for devotees. Please have a wonderful darshan. Click on like if the information and the pictures are helpful and useful
