Very worst service. After booking appointment, I made to wait for 2 hours. Naturals, kumbakonam is monetary minded. Quality of service is very poor. Don't ever come to this branch.

Its such a disaster experience when it comes to waiting even after booked for. I have been made to wait for multiple times although they confirm a timing. It seems the store is being run by 1 or 2 stylists.They are losing the customers and reputation because of this and its not easy to build up. Only Sabari, the stylist is good at his work and the team at the reception are used in advising the customers to wait. Will try not to visit again as they are thinking they are only the good store in Kumbakonam and there is a need for one more good one.

They didn't follow any safety measures. They didnt provide any hand wash or sanitizer. The staffs are not even wearing mask. And service is very worst. They are not even behave like professionals.
