We recently moved our 82 years old mother to Srivatsam. I stayed with her for about 3 weeks at Srivatsam. From my personal experience, I can say that S R Estates has not just built quality homes in a quiet neighborhood but they have built a great community of seniors who are there to support each other, participate in a lot of religious and cultural activities together while having some fun along the way. The staff at Srivatsam deserve a special mention. They are genuinely caring, respectful and always do their duty with a smile. I was so impressed with the place that we decided to buy a property at Srivatsam. God bless the owners for the fabulous work that they are doing to the seniors, to let them live a dignified and enjoyable life.

If you want a homely place to stay for half the price of a hotel then Srivatsam senior Citizens gated community is the place to stay for short visits. Plenty of parking, home cooked meal and friendly staff with a smile on their face. Ambience great. All the residents are friendly and help serve food for visitors. Very clean. Some of the rooms face cauvery stream at the back side. Can really breathe the fresh air. Two small temples one for Iyer and one for Iyengar. Coffee served sharp at 6 am. No footwear allowed in dining hall. Evening walks within the premise is great. Great feeling and thanks to Mr. Shiva, Ms. Smiling Sathya and Vikram. Dinner served till 10 pm. You can request food to be packed in advance. 20 mins to Oppilliappan temple. Must stay to experience.
