The place is clean and good. Service by the management is also good. But the place is fully watery always as the AC output is left open and water is dripping all day long. All together the place is well suitable for peaceful stay. And if it had lift facility it would be even better for elders.

Rooms are fantastic. Small, tidy and fresh. But all our impression turned upside down with a very rude customer service. Due to some sad happening with one of our family member in kumbakonam, other extended family members from different places had to visit and hence booked couple of rooms for a stay. Front desk staff should be trained well to behave politely with guests. They should never show their attitude to guests. Staff cannot dictate guests to speak in regional language when they are from different states. It is a service apartment, people may come and go to visit guests. If staff have any doubts with respect to number of people staying in each room, they better contact the person or host who booked the room and resolve any issues. Staff cannot humiliate guests by asking irrelevant questions in which guest is totally unaware of. I would completely blame the management for not training them enough to handle the situations like this. People visit places not only for vacations but also for various other reasons and this kind of behavior aggravates one's distress.
