As a midsize contractor, we do not have a full time in house IT services, however, our partnership with Kumo makes it feel like we do. More than half of our staff work remotely and the ability to have Kumo on standby when IT situations go awry is invaluable. The staff is courteous and very responsive. If you're looking for an IT company, look no further!

I had to use KUMO for IT services as they serviced the office building I leased space from. Over the year I was in the building I had multiple issues with everything from internet connectivity to management of e-mail accounts and finally major security/privacy issues. While this was not exclusively the reason I left the space (COVID also played a part), I could not have gotten out of there quicker because of all of the IT issues. I could under no circumstances recommend KUMO as an IT provider.

It is a fact that we as consumers have a great deal of options these days, as it relates to business telecommunication service providers. Quality of device(s), value of service cost, professional installation and stellar customer service, should be the standard by which a service provider should be chosen. True, is that all that glitters is not gold and bigger is not always better. Kumo is a great example of a small team with highly trained staff and a dedicated, customer orientated ownership, ready to support your micro to macro communication requirements. A solution based service department is key and core to my positive review of the Kumo Team. The company I work for was once medium in size and as we reorganized/downsized, Kumo was there to create appropriate alternatives to service, cutting our cost, while maintaining our level of service. Give the team at Kumo a call and compare their service quote to that of the massive companies offering similar service. I feel you will be pleasantly surprised by the price points and even more surprised on how seamless the Kumo team will make the transfer of service of your current provider to theirs and equally the launch of new service.
