Efficient ! I am from the old school so I did not expect it will be a fast process in a Government office. I am really impressed, it took less than 20 mins for my visit. ( I actually have to line up for a number, talked to the person in charge of giving the number, who gave me a form to fill and he highlighted the "must filled " parts, filled the form, line up again , collect my number, went to the counter which has my number, the officer talked to me and at the same moment her fingers non-stop processing the information -\u003e and DONE). This office has 41 counters (of course not all open but is impressive enough), around 10 to 12 Epf kiosk machines outside. Handful of staff helping around the I-akaun registration terminals.
Haven't been there for sometime and during this C-19 season, the place is rather uptight in the attendance of the public. Have to do online appointments and be there when it's confirmed. Went there randomly but got adequate assistance from the staff at entrance and got my transaction done in less than an hour. I can see a tremendous improvement in the service rendered by the civil staff here.
Saturday close was at UOB building. To repair the equipment.
Parking area is hard to find...nevertheless the kwsp counter is user friendly and staff is very helpful
I was there about 2 1/2 years ago, and was truly impressed by the cleanliness, efficiency, and helpful/friendliness it was. As a matter of fact, I spent more time driving, finding a parking nearby then in the EPF building. It only took me less than 20 minutes. 2 days later, the withdrawal was in my bank account. Awesome! That was probably the only government outfit that's worth 4 1/2 if not 5 star, in my personal experiences. I'm writing this review today in hope that someone can help share how busy KWSP is in recent days in this pandemic.
