Very bad shop to buy electronic products to sales product they give products in a moderator rate but after selling products. Customers better to forget about service, they not give you. If you go to shop about any product related problem he is not even speak with you. And if you wait and try speak with owner about service related problem he going to start like we are beggar's we are come here for begging. Owner of shop not have sense to speak with customers. "It is my personal experience" It is better to buy from any other shop or From online you get products in lesser price
Worst shop to buy electronic products in kumta. They not give services after anything happened to your product even if it is in warranty period. We buy Micromax TV from here but after some month TV speakers start creating noise when I take TV to shop they just say that speaker of TV is good but may be your dish set of box is not good so it creates noise. and not give me to claim warranty than after warranty period finish I take TV again to shop than he check and say yes TV speakers is creating noise and it required repair and you have pay repair charges. Even All this happened I accept to pay Repair charges and he take TV to repair and said he repair it in 2 days but even we reach the shop after 4 days later he say it take one more weak. When ever I visit the shop to bring TV he is post posting the delivery date and at last he take more than 3 month to repair the TV. Now not be happy still TV is speaker is creating noise. He just cheat and take our money.
