Both Tyler and Dan were attentive, personable and motivated during my experience in the purchase of a 2020 Dodge Challenger. They washed and detailed the vehicle themselves the two times I came to look at the vehicle. Dan was the finishing sales representative and he worked hard, not only attending to my needs at the time of purchase but attending to the needs of two other customers as well. Sandy, the Customer Care Manager, is a sweetheart and extremely personable. Since I am not from the surrounding area and will not be able to take advantage of certain amenities, Sandy was very thoughtful and provided me with another incentive. My experience at Kunes Country Dodge in Woodstock was absolutely positive and all the people I met and dealt with through the process of my purchase were extraordinary!

I bought a 2021 Ram 1500 the week before Christmas and couldn’t be happier. Everything from the sales experience to finance went very smooth. My salesman Nick was very patient with me and I didn’t feel pressured into doing anything I wasn’t comfortable with. I've bought 2 vehicles at this location, both times were just like each other. Extremly nice salespeople, very accomadating, tried to figure out what vehicles i wanted instead of trying to push me towards a \high seller\ like many car dealerships. Both times my finance guy was Gino, highly recommended! Very polite, knowledgeable, and honest. Both times I went he figured out the best solution to get me what I wanted at the best price and down payment. I'll definitely be going back when it's time for a new car or an upgrade!
