I saw this company advertised on…Instagram I saw this company advertised on Instagram and i seemed to be a big fan of the look of the shirts. I ordered the shirt on Labor Day Weekend since the prices were acceptable to me. After a week of no update, i decided to reach out. They did respond saying by that Thursday it would ship out and they gave me 15% off for my next order. It was the next Monday and still no update. I was told the shirt was out of stock and with the high volume of orders and on top of the upgrading their system they weren't able to provide me the shirt i wanted. They offered a refund or a different shirt of my choice. They also would apply the 15% off to my current order and it would apply to what i originally purchased it at. Now i could be giving a generous rating here, but i'll give credit where it's due. Although the company clearly messed up, the support was pretty responsive for the most part. The fact they worked with me was also reassuring since i was already in a frustrated situation. Not an expert here, but my only issue from a company standpoint would be to not implement any "upgrades" to a system unless it was absolutely necessary. Specifically during big sales events on holidays since i bet that drives the most traffic for them (assuming what they told me is true). This review goes solely to the support team doing what they can to resolve the situation.
