Headsup guys, this may be a long post! It all started with a breakdown on of my Classic 500, when on my way to Bengaluru from hyderabad, 70kms before Kurnool. Did some searching and got in touch with Mr. Raghavendra ( proprietor ) of kurnool RE showroom. Was very communicative and understanding of my situation when I got in touch with him over the call, though had to tow the bike to the service centre that night and got it checked the next morning. Seemed my engine was in a very bad shape and there was a weeks lot of work. Had a choice either to get the bike to Bangalore or get it serviced there. The folks at Kurnool was very reassuring and gave me confidence to get leave it there. A week later the engine was up and running, the folks were very transparent about the process and the work done on the bike and kept the channel line open for any communication during the tense week. A personal note about Raghavendra- A very kind and reassuring person, very passionate and hands on approach on the bikes which gave me the confidence about leaving my bike there and about the quality work done there. Thank you. The whole experience was made easy and an exceptional work done. Thank you everyone team :)
