The bus tour is divided into 3 sections. I did the marina tour which includes a boat trip and the city tour comfortably in one day. It's quite informative and a good way to see the sights. They provide chilled water all day. Then included in the price of the ticket there's a few optional excursions... I did the sunset desert trip which I extended to include dinner and Arabian entertainment...it was really fantastic... Food delicious and entertainment a real highlight... Camel riding, falconry, henna tattooing plus five musical acts. Would definitely recommend.

The trip from this cruise is so good. I book the other trips also from the same company and highly satisfied with services and all the things happening from one place only. Very comfortable and affordable.
i would like to convey my message to everyone about how much i felt relaxed and enjoyed my trip to this place in the cruise dinner. the view of canal in Dubai is so good. i have lived here for most of my life so i have seen SZR from before it had the canal constructed on it. seeing this beauty is so wonderful and i would love to congratulate this tourism company for making it possible for me to live this day.
Good experience for us, went till Dubai canal. even I heard that some times they don't really take till Dubai canal if they suspect any technical problem, they will end up with only creeks. Please please ensure they take you to Dubai canal it is really worthy. If only creek then, it won't worth it.
One hell of an experience with these people. They had taken advance from us for dubai water canal dinner cruise and also took full payment before starting and booking was for 9adults and one child. They were fooling us around and when asked why they aren't taking us to water canal they adjusted saying there was engine trouble. The person who was incharge was so irresponsible that he told he is only caterer there. There were making circles infront of dubai festival city. The dinner buffet also had only very few items. The charge they took was 125aed per head. Finally when started asking them to explain for the mishap they promised us a 50% refund but made us wait for days together and dint do refund. We are going to complain to dubai economic department as we could make out it was a beautiful cheating going on. Please do avoid this restaurant if u want to have a pleasant evening with family worth the money.
Wast of Money. Charged 250 per person. food was disgusting. not friendly staff on board. not worth. Not recommend
