I drove up to extremely long drive through lines at around 7 pm. But they kept the lines moving at an incredible pace. As busy as they were they were extremely kind, professional and accurate. Food as always was delicious and the order was perfect. Job more than well done!!

Everyone said I was crazy that I never had this. And when I finally went I was ready to understand what I was missing....Chicken is juicy and nice. Famous Sauce was ketchup and mayo taste lol I was not impressed and felt disappointed. The sandwich as a whole was not for me. I even gave it a second chance and it's just not all the hype for me. Plus they didn't have lemonade both times, which was the other thing people told me to try. I will say the staff is true to reputation: super friendly, polite, professional and beyond. So that part was very nice to experience. Give it a try for yourself even if it's just to experience the wonderful service.
The food is always great quality and the drive thru service is hard to beat because it it so well organized.
This is the absolute WORST franchise. I'm glad I didn't order large fries, because these are hard as a rock, burnt, and in old oil. Literally soaked in oil. My chicken was equally disgusting and not edible. NEVER AGAIN. Hey. If you would not eat them, DON'T SERVE THEM!
I choose Chick-fil-A because it was good quality, but this time I went the food wasn't as good as the other times; the fries were to salty.
