I wish I could give less than a one star. I ordered 2 Supreme crossiants with meat and bread only. I received two empty boxes for 8.98. Went back to receive my correct order and was told it was my fault because I didn't order it correctly. Who would pay 8.98 for empty boxes? Bless their hearts! FYI just always check the content of your order before leaving!

This is not the Murray. P show, but I can say you cannot say that you are not the producer of this hard Rock Onion rings that I can nail a nail into a wall with. The cashier at the window was very nice but whoever was fixing the food in the back and the checker before it arrives to the customer needed to say I'm sorry we're making some Onion rings more could you hold on three minutes or five minutes. I don't mind waiting. And then I had a burnt ring on the bun.Wow ..... Is it too much to ask for you. I know you're tired ,but I'm tired too of spending my money at places where they burn the food and just give it to you. Also would you feed this to your own people? I really don't know if I came at the wrong time or what but this is sad.
Went to Jack in the box this evening and they were very busy!! I got back home and was disappointed with my food so I called back to request a refund. The manager Marie was very kind and helpful and she even offered to refund AND remake my food immediately. Overall great service and would recommend going when they aren’t super busy! Thank you, Marie! :)
This is the 2nd time this has happened this month to me. I pull up to drive at abt 9:30 pm tdy 1/31 and the menu lights are off no one on the intercom. I pull up to window and I see employees in the bck on their phone when they see me at window they run and hide.
