Mark is amazing!! Probably one of the best massages I have ever had. I prefer firm for working out the knots, and man he did just that. I have nothing but great things to say about him and cannot wait to come back. I'm not sure why other reviews are complaining regarding price or staff, you get the service you pay for and Everyone was so sweet. The slaughter location is a bit pushy when it comes to signing up for their membership, but I did not feel that way at the Kyle location. I will def. be back soon.

Jillyan is a great communicator with excellent customer service skills who really put me at ease before my first massage. Everything was explained in advance, and the whole experience was a joy. Clay is a masterful healer who had me melted like butter by the end of the massage. My only complaint is that Clay set the bar too high for future visits. I will definitely be back and look forward to it. The location was clean and everyone seemed to be making safety a priority which I also appreciated.

I went for a 60 minute facial and got it done by Tasha, it was absolutely amazing. If your going to get a facial I definitely recommend her! My skin looked amazing afterwards and left knowing so much more about my skin.

The management, front counter staff and owner are insulting, disrespectful and offer poor low class customer service. As long as everything runs smooth everybody is nice. As soon as an issue arises, Leader ship runs and hides, and nobody wants to address the situation at hand. Not the staff nor the franchise owner. I would highly recommend not using Massage envy at all especially this location in Kyle Texas. They do not know how to resolve problems only show you the door on your way out. Avoid this company! Much better ones out there.

I just received the best massage I have had in my life. I have had 2 back surgeries and have not found anybody that can help my back. However, Clay was amazing and was very professional, attentive, and I came out feeling so much better. I refer Clay to anybody who needs an amazing massage!!!

Don't not go to massage envy!!! I called to complain about the pain they put my husband through and the manager hung up in my face when I told her I was mad that they weren't going to do anything about it. HE IS COVERED IN BRUSIES!

120 for a 60 minute massage is ridiculous. I'd rather support the small businesses that only charge 70-90
