Schlotzsky's has always been an all-time favorite with me! But has recently soared higher my books. On Sun. Feb 19th 2021 when we finally were able to get out of our historic Artic freeze here in Kyle Texas, our hometown Schlotzsky's was the only place that didn't have a line or was not out of food! I've never tasted it so much better than that! Thank you so much Schlotzsky's in Kyle.

WARNING!!!!! Be careful ordering the bacon from Schlotzskys! I ordered a turkey bacon club. When I got my order looked as it should. Until I bit into it. Looked at the bacon in the sandwich. It was literally gray! Gross ! No pigment. No signs it was even cooked. Either it was VERY out of date bacon. Or its not really bacon (artificial food). Either way it was the grossest thing I've seen from this place. Tried to call someone there to inform them. Was put on hold to speak to someone. Apparently it's not that important to them. Was hung up on after 39 mins of holding. I figured I let management keep doing such a great job. Rather than wast MY time trying to inform THEM of how to keep customers. Needless to say NO longer going to ANY Schlotzskys EVER. Train your employees better. Hire people who will represent your brand correctly.
