Scheduled an appointment online a few days ago. Was doing a few things at once and accidentally wrote down 9:30 instead of 9:20. Walked in at 9:33 and they refused to see me. Didn’t receive any confirmations for my appointment so I assumed I was only a few minutes late due to the rain. I understand keeping the tight schedule but they weren’t even willing to let me wait if the 9:40 was a no show or not. I won’t be able to reschedule an appointment for months. Have always been a TSO customer. Will look elsewhere.

My appointment was fast and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I got my glasses picked out really quickly and I i love them. Happy with TSO, very good service, will definitely recommend to family and friends.
