Super fancy restaurant where you need a reservation way in advance but we were lucky to find space. They serve local produce of Kyoto and it was super delicious. Each dish was so flavourful and I will never hate eggplant again. The food here is mostly vegetarian, however I think they make use of fish broth. I would really recommend this restaurant.

直近で利用させて頂いたのは4年前ですが、京野菜を美味しく食べられるお店。 日本酒も京都の物を使い凄く満足できます。 京都にきたら必ず寄らせて貰っています。
店主が食べるのが好きで始めた店だそうです。 古い民家がレストラン、というか、座敷です。 店主が一人でやっていますので、時間がかかっても良い人だけにお勧めします。
一品一品丁寧に作られていて、食材の産地もきちんと説明してくれます。 ご主人が1人でやっているので時間のない方にはおすすめしません。 ゆっくり京都のおばんざいを楽しみたい方にぴったりのお店です。
