Our company, Baltic Bike Travel, had a bad experiece when buying a new bicycle trailer from Ablinger in spring 2018. After we got the trailer transported a long way from Austria to Lithuania, we found out that: 1) the trailer was not equiped with all compenents, like shock absorbers which were ordered/confirmed and paid for (we had to ask several times until the amount for shock absorbers was compensated); 2) both front position lamps did not operate at all as there was a problem of the new cable contacts in rear lamps (we had pay for finding a problem and repairing); also we haven’t started using the trailer, while some parts got rusted (see attached pictures); 3) we ordered German registration papers for this trailer \Typisierung in Deutschland mit deutschen Fahrzeugpapieren\, but the document was not fully prepared and we could not use it at all; 4) and most disappointing was that Ablinger could not manage to present a proper documents, like EU Certificate of Conformity, which were needed for an official registration of the trailer in Lithuania - we had to order a technical expertise what costed us extra few hundred Euros. Of course, Ablinger didn't want to hear about our problems and haven't compensated this :(

Habe leider keinen Anhänger hier gekauft da ich erst zu spät das Angebot bekommen habe (waren aber auch nur 10 Tage also nicht unbedingt schlimm)und es bei mir eilte... Aber das Angebot war mehr als zufriedenstellend. Super Preis im Verhältnis zur Massenware... Beim nächsten Kauf werde Ich mich auf jedenfalls da wieder melden.
