Amazing fright day night in Amass. It’s hard to get a seat so strongly recommend to book in advanced. Foods were amazing! All the plates were elegant and fulled of surprise. The combination of glasses were perfect! Staffs were extremely friendly and sweet, they helped in anyway to make you have a perfect experience. The location is distanced from the city, which is good and nice. It’s a great experience to have in Copenhagen:)

Always a great experience here. Been coming to this place since they opened 7 years ago, simple but very tasty plates, there are other Noma alumni opening around the city over the years, but this is one of the few very stable ones. High quality ingredients and consistency making this a must every time I am in town. Love the potato bread, just can never have enough of it....now the new fried chicken, all is super good.
Great concept and beautiful food. We had lovely meal and have been surprised many times during the dinner. Hands down we've eaten the best bread in our life in Amass. Incredible. Mackerel was also exceptional. Just don't know how I feel about chicken as main course in such a restaurant. It was made really well but well, it's still a chicken. We also didn't really get artichoke, beans broth - it tasted like eastern european grandma's medicine. Staff was really friendly and helpful. So nice to see chefs running food and explaining the dishes. Big, open space and relax atmosphere make it really likeable. They have also great selection of wines.
Go Go Go This place had been around 7-8 years now and for some reason they don't get enough credit. The place and headchef Matt Orlando has been foresighted about sustainability / food waste before anyone else and the food he makes is outstanding and the time and thoughts going into it needs him presenting each dish for you to truly understand and appreciate.. when in Copenhagen GO ..
Great Space - Great Menu - Great People - Great View of Copenhagen and knowing that they focus on sustainability and their CO2 footprint is pretty great too.
Really delicious, well prepared food. Definitely a five star and I would say definitely worth a stop if you’re in Copenhagen. One of the better examples of new Nordic (or whatever comes after that). Each dish is really focused; a lot of care and attention goes into each dish and each component, but it doesn’t feel that way. Each dish works so well that it feels effortless, which is one of the highest complements I could give. Service was good, but not outstanding.

A wonderful dining experience! I love the idea of organic food and zero waste. And Amass knows how to make a whole experience out of it. Delicious and tasteful food, each course a wow-experience of its own. So lovely people and a place you feel at home. We will definitely come back!
