Worst service we had ever had. We booked an appointment to see strollers and after 30min waiting in the shop we were told that a colleague was sick and could not give us the tour that we booked. Given that the appointment was in 12 they could have informed us rather than making us loose a full morning around it. It all felt a big lie.

Too expensive, boring gender stereotypic clothes and toys. The atmosphere is very "we care more about our money than the children/parents that is going to use our products" like..
small store. They never reply on your email, so dont buy expensive product like baby pram. You will have hard time with service and they dont have return policy and for repair they will ask you to go to Valby.
Good store, but the manager is a bit confused and order the wrong stuff, mainly because they still use paper to handle orders.
For lille og pakket til at være en god Babysam. Hvis du skal have andet end tøj så tag i den Babysam der ligger ved Damhussøen - meget bedre udvalg og meget mere plads.
Lille overfyldt butik med meget uerfarne personale som i det hele taget er svære at komme i kontakt med.
Altid sødt og hjælpsomt personale :)
Da jeg selv bor i nærheden af babysam, er det rart at den er der. Men butikken er ikke særlig stor og det er besværligt at komme omkring med barnevognen. Personalet er søde, hjælpsomme
