Very very professional. I am really impressed how they treat their customers. We had a booking with Balkan Holidays but due to Corona situation, it was cancelled. They consider their self fully responsible for the case and refund our deposit immediately (even though their business damaged tremendously during this time). Their call line was responsive all time. I definitely buy my next trip from them
