Helpful staff, can be tricky to find what you need without help

All right but not so many things
Ordered a custom made table from their carpenter. Was a BIG MESS and 100% non efficiency from the ordering until the delivery. We got the wrong color of the wood (not the one we chose), with a week late of delivery, triggering multiple calls, complaints and visits to the store. BUT, the staff is helpful and really nice - that's the only good thing about this store unfortunately.
Finally found a real hardware store. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
