Buggy website, accepted my bike rental request even when their office was not operational that day. Probably operates out of a make shift office and hence we couldn't find them. The refund was very easy and person on the other side was extremely understanding of the whole situation.

Booked a private bike tour for four (4 days in advance) with hotel pick-up, and they never showed. No communication from the company in any way. I emailed looking for clarification on the matter, still no response. Luckily a refund was issued - no apology or explanation. Personally, I'd deal with someone else as a traveler.
