V is such a professional. She made my nails in a way that I felt cared for. Really passionate and sweet. I went to many places to get my nails done but I always come back to Lotus House. Thank you V ️ Salina also, you girls are so nice. 5 stars because I can’t put more. Totally recommend !!

Super happy with my experience, the service was warm and professional and my nails looked great. I just walked in and got a slot midweek, but I know they can be booked on weekends so plan ahead. I got so many comments on the shape and colour from friends, I will definitely be coming back!

I thought I had finally found a good nail place, but I just had a bizarre experience here. First, I’m asked to pick a color, and then told I should pick a different one because it won’t look good? I then tried to use my loyalty card, but told they don’t stamp it for purchases under 350 (fine, but they don’t write that anywhere on the card). Not sure if it’s a language barrier or misunderstanding, but the whole experience made me uncomfortable nonetheless. Not the place for me unfortunately.
Hit and miss. The woman can never do nails properly the first time, generally when she “fixes” them aka a new manicure it looks amazing.
Very efficient and lovely ladies working here! I’ve been here a few times and always leave satisfied with the results. Definitely recommend :)

I have been in this salon many times for shellac treatments and I love it. The atmosphere is always very calm and relaxing even on busy days. I did my nails with Salina and Vi who were both extremely lovely to chat with and kind. Overall very satisfied with the service!
