I wanted to give 5 stars when I bought my bike (his own brand). When I brought it back 6 months later with some minor issues the owner referred to external circumstances or myself as the cause, instead of taking the time to find out what was really going on. I also felt I was not a welcomed customer. I am happy to pay to keep my bike well serviced, and unfortunately i will now need to find somewhere else to go.

Super service! After looking for some for bike rentals options that don't cost a fortune we found this address. Not only the rental only costs 65 dkk / day and included all accessories (locks, lights, basket) but Luca was also very helpful, the bikes had been out without care for a while due to Covid so he did a very thorough check, put some oil where needed, pumped the air and checked the height for us. But he also gave us great tips of what to see in Copenhagen. Plus he let us return the bike when we wanted on the return day and did not ask for a deposit. It's all about trust and that is quite exceptional. We rented the bikes for 6 days and had no issues! Thank you! This will now always be my go to shop for bike rentals in Copenhagen!
We hired 2 bikes for the day from Luca. They were in great condition, perfect for exploring all over Copenhagen and he made the whole rental process really easy. He also gave us some tips on things to see and let us return the bikes as late as we liked in the evening. Grazie Luca!
I rented a bike for 3 days, super easy, convenient and for a good price. Luca’s is very nice and offers a lot of tips where to go and explore Copenhagen! Recommend for people that need an extra bike when friends are visiting. Also, he sells bikes for a small price which is super convenient for people that won’t stay in Denmark more than 6 months.
Really good value and good quality bikes, doesn't charge extra for helmets or locks. Very friendly and helpful, helped to adjust the bikes for us and gave us lots of recommendations for the city, was flexible about the return time. would definitely recommend
Rented a bike for several days for a really reasonable price. Everything worked perfect. The owner may seem a little bit short-tempered with his customers but he‘s doing a great job!
I came into the store to fix a minor issue with the bike and came out with an entirely re-tuned bike, which felt much easier to ride! Lucas can work his magic around a bike. He is also generous enough to accommodate me right when he saw me and was patient to fix my bike to my standards and his. Check out Lucas Cyckler if you have any problems with your bike!
Good :-) . We rented 6 bikes for 5 days. Easy way to drop them back - just park in front of shop and drop keys through doors mail box. Very useful - you can finish at the end of your day. Nice danish style classic bikes. I recommend.
