Brought my car in for a known warranty/field service issue and ran into an issue with Ford's overall policies regarding recalls. After several discussions with technicians and customer service representatives, we were able to come to an understanding of the outright foolishness of Ford's prescribed fix actions. At the end of the day, I got the issue resolved and they put customer safety/well-being above manufacture bottom-lines!!!

This used to be a good place to get your vehicle serviced, but NOT ANY MORE. They damaged my cousins car and then laughed about it while refusing to pay for it. Management never called her as requested. My entire family will find another Ford place to get our vehicles serviced. So disrespectful. Shame on you LB Smith.

Friendly staff and prompt service! Michael in service is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand! The staff was very attentive and the building was clean well kept. Great job to all!
