Unfortunately I have had to use this WONDERFUL facility twice. They took such special care of my family when I lost my oldest son 10 years ago and now I returned to loving hearts and arms to help and guide me thru another heart breaking death. Melissa couldn't have been any kinder. It was as though we were actual family members. Today I arranged for my middle son to join his older brother. Even though I went thru this difficult process a decade earlier, the wound to my heart was just as fresh, but Melissa knew how to listen and ask questions at the correct times. She is a Godsend. I highly recommend Poole's to any family finding themselves needing this type of service.
