We completed our sale on 11th December 2020 through L & S Presteige Estates. Service was impeccable from start to finish. Steve came out to value the property, excellent photos taken the next day and the day after it had gone live, sold house in 2 days! This is the third house they have sold for us within our family. The staff are very efficient, the phone is answered straightaway and if you have to leave a message, it is always passed on and dealt with. They are cheaper than all other agents without compromising on quality of service, we have used other big agents in the past, but L&S outshine all of them.

My whole experiance from the start was fantastic, steven came and valued our house, very professional very friendly and honest, we discussed sales packages ect. Von was out within in a couple of days taking photos and listed our property the next day. So amazed how quickly the turn around was by the saturday we have block booking of views, Steven did all the views for us we didnt have to lift a finger, Offers where made by the monday and Matt was fantastic so down to earth and friend he got us the prices we wanted infact all the staff such as Von, Alison Matt, Becky have been amazing, the only down fall we had was with the solicitors but the help we recieved from Alison and matt was outstanding. Just fantastic people who work hard and nothing is ever to much trouble. Would highly recommend to anyway. Thank you all for making our what is a stressfull time feel easier.
