I drive quite a ways for my cut with Nicole. 1st time client. I put money in the meter and went in 15 mins early. I was told that she had a men’s haircut in front of me. I said “not a problem, I’m early, I’ll wait in my car” I returned at my appt time and was told “she is running late, can you come back at 1 hour 45 mins later? Are you kidding me? I thought I would get a call after this but nothing. I will not be returning.

I walked in on a whim and Layna took care of me with a professional and kind manner. The staff was friendly and kind. The vibe was great. I really appreciated Layna fitting me in last minute and taking her time with my pickiness on my hair . She did a great job I will be back for sure !

Honestly, the delivery of hair styling and cutting is awesome! I was very satisfied with Nicole's abilities as a hair stylist when I got a cut from her last month. However, she does not keep her appointments. I am very disappointed in her inability to keep her appointments. It is a point of ethics to keep one's promises and she does not keep her appointments. I have made 3 appointments with her and she failed to keep 2 of those appointments. Today I scheduled a 4 PM appointment and I got a call from her receptionist that she is running late with her appointments. Her receptionist said it would be more like 4:30 PM which is really pushing it. Whatever, I come there at 4:30 PM and I have to wait 15 more minutes to find out she still isn't done! I will never come back to her and make sure others know about this so that she learns to keep her appointments.
