I love it here. It is the perfect atmosphere for a 'getaway'. I don't care for the atmosphere at Betty's Spa-I like this one so much better and it is so much more luxurious and private. The staff is awesome too. Linda is fantastic with cutting/trimming long hair. If you haven't experienced their soaks, that is a must and the facials are the best here.

I loved my hydra facial and microneedling with Ericka ! She educated me on the process and was a wealth of knowledge. I can’t wait for the laser resurfacing she will be doing on my skin in a month. Labella laser is a clean and inviting environment. The staff was lovely and pampered me with a cafe latte while I waited. After my treatment I asked for a tour - I was amazed how beautiful labella spa and salon is.... they have beautiful massage and facial rooms, hydra therapy baths and a full hair salon for men and women. This is a hidden GEM ! So glad I found Labella! Thank you for making me feel beautiful!

Severely burned & scarred me! My regular girl for brazillian waxing left (thankfully I found Audrey again at Bliss salon!!). Instead, they scheduled me with Veronica who burned me so severely it took months to heal !!! When I called them the next day because it was still burning & so red, they were rude & Veronica never called me back. I called again & the manager could care less that I was in pain, swollen & horribly red. Offered me a discount on my next waxing. No way - I will definitely NOT be going back to La Bella!! Horrible, horrible customer service & attitude. My skin actually peeled off from this horrendous brazillian and months later I still have sensitivity & scars!!! My original aestheticain, Audrey - now at Bliss Salon - is slowly healing the damage the La Bella did. Do Not go to La Bella !! Added 9/19: In response to Veronica. I wish you had spent as much time taking care of me initially as you did "meticulously" searching records. As I stated, you didn't even bother to call me back. That is assuming that they gave you my message (which I doubt). As also already stated, I did indeed talk to the manager (not the owner). It seems like I will indeed have to call you since you have the Very Unprofessional nerve to suggest that Audrey had anything to do with my honest account of what happened to me. Audrey is fantastic & much more honest than anyone at La Bella. By the way, Sunny refers to the New Mexico skies & is the opposite of my view of your negative & falsely accusatory response to my review!
