Totally unassuming place but I was in for a treat and didn't realize it. I sat down and was immediately greeted with a hello chips and salsa that was very good. I actually rate latino food on the quality of their salsa this was good. I ordered off the lunch menu the two cheese enchiladas with pork and guacamole salad, little did I know what was coming out would tingle the taste buds. The pork on top was tender , succulent, large chunks in a rich enchilada sauce and my favorite things ng was it was hot the cheese was yummy melted and wonderful. The salad had zing and perfectly compliments the enchiladas. No need for the obligatory rice and beans this plate didn't need it. I will tell everyone how wonderful

So disappointed with the increase in Covid cases that La Botana does not take the safety of their patrons or staff seriously! No mask over noses! Cook in back no mask coverage! The owners lack of empathy and concern was astonishing. He said they need a break from wearing their mask. They should be taking a break away from customers and food! He said I could leave if I didn't like it. So I did.
I come here all the time on my lunch break, the owner is a very nice gentleman and runs the place very professional and courteous. The employees and great and I love their food !!

I think it speaks volumes when a basic white girl changes her entire outlook on Hispanic food due to 1 single restaurant. This restaurant has ruined all others. I compare every other restaurant to this place. I say to myself \La Botana would do this dish so much better.\ And they would. The food is incredibly flavorful, the service is exceptional, and the overall experience is one to savor. A true hidden gem. If you're looking for authentic Hispanic cuisine, stop by La Botana and you won't be disappointed.
