I had a bubble tea. There was a mix up and I had the wrong flavor but they made me a new one when I told them. The second one was great!! Very nice and friendly staff. :)

Would love to give more stars, unfortunately I've only been able to try it once since most of the times I passed by it was closed. I saw online that it opens at 11 am on Saturdays and went there many weekends at 11:05am and it wasn't opened yet and no one was there to prep or anything. You can imagine my reaction when I saw just now that their business hours have been updated to Saturday open at 10:30, it wasn't. Similar situation happened on Monday December 23rd when I was waiting for them to open at 10:00 but unfortunately had to leave to make it for my bus at 10:10, needless to say when I left it was still close. On a good note, the one time I tried the bubble teas it was really good ! If their business hours could be a little more comprehensive you would get a regular customer.
big fan of bubble tea, especially chatime, nos thés, majesthé and gazo.... this place pales in comparison. I only ever go if I have a lot of time to waste at Longueuil otherwise tea quality is meh, tapioca is really hit or miss (often clumps like crazy or is hard), that's if they even have any prepared, there are clumps of sugar in the drinks sometimes because of bad dilution and the girl who works there most of the time is insanely rude. like I get it, food service must be efficient. I worked at McDonald's for a year and I can say you definitely should improve customer service regardless of stress.
I looooove their bubble tea but I feel like everything else is not that good. Their smoothies are blend and to day i bought a latte chai and it was tasting like milk only. Very disappointed. But overall great team
Amazing service, delicious food. Sadly overshadowed by big restaurant chains close by event though most of their food/drinks are way better.
