Place is disgusting, toilets, floors and tables aren't cleaned. And even according to KFC standards the food wasn't good. Undercooked and soggy.

We’ve waited 35 min for a bucket of crispy tenders. I don’t think that the word fast food it’s ok for this restaurant. Also the fries were awful! Bad experience! And the staff is not very kind and don’t know to apologize! I honestly don’t recommend.
The most disappointing KFC. The fried chicken is so average. The chicken burger couldn't be eaten because the steak was too salty. How could anyone put so much salt? It is far from the city center, so one can only take line 2, the traffic is not convenient. But this may be the only fried chicken restaurant in Troyes.
