Mr. Hector is One of the nicest persons that I know is no longer working in here. He was replace by Jaine, she's accommodating as well. I highly recommend this apartment.

Love the apartment the surrounding it's very quiet not as noisy as other apartments very well kept. Love love these apartments and its close to Harlingen and pharr.
great place to live , good people in office , prperty needs a pool , good family atmosphere for the most part aside from a few noisey tenants a good experience so far
The worst management ever!! The current manager is never in the office and she does not have the courtesy to return calls. The maintenance guy, Aaron, is just as bad when it comes to maintenance. We asked for a simple air filter and he said he would bring it right up but never showed up. He then stated that I would need to request one from the office but the office is always closed! I have left notes for the manager but she refuses to respond. A friend of mine has been living here without a working microwave for over 5 months! When she complained to the manager, she quickly responded by telling her that she didn't even know about the problem. I'm sure that is a lie because the maintenance guy, Aaron, was advised that the microwave he \fixed\ nearly caused an electrical fire which the fire department and gas company had to respond to in the middle of the night. The manager never even acknowledged this and continued to act ignorant with this problem. Since my friend has complained, now the manager is retaliating against her by treating her very rudely and by making false accusations of her leaving her trash out which is a lie!! I have asked the maintenance guy for the manager's name (not the same manager when I moved in) but he said he did not know it. I asked for the regional office number and he said that he did not know the name or number of the regional office, either. Shady!!
