I ordered a 700 euro kayak and have not heard anything from them for a month. When I click the link to track my order, it says the page does not exist. Be very careful here. I just want the kayak or my money back . Update- 2 weeks later. All they have told me is they dont have what I ordered over a month ago in the color, they do nothing. They only respond if you email 50 times and never answer all my questions. they call me and say its all fine, and then never call back. How this business functions, I have no idea. Be careful.

I am here again, writing from a different email. I ordered a 700 euro kayak 2 months ago. 1 month without any reply and then they finally told me they dont have the model I ordered, so they gave me another option. Not ideal, but I would rather have something than nothing, but no reply. I send many emails a day and they dont reply. They email once in a while, apologing for the situation, but not fixing it. This has been a nightmare, and I have no idea how they are still no business. They are criminals, do not use. Any good reviews here are written by them. Stay away.

I am using another email address, because I can't get an answer from the company. They tell me a month later they don't have what I want, but why would it take a month?! no communication, no asnwer, completely unhelpful. They do not answer questions, seems to be a different person everytime I talk, and they still have 700 euros of mine. Do not use.

The products I have purchased have been of good quality, adequately packaged at a very very keen price. However... Delivery times are in the order of months. One of my orders is still outstanding after over three months, despite the site still offering the items. Communications are sparse, but they do answer your emails, and I could always cancel and have a refund. I have been happy with the goods delivered, and the keen prices, just a shame about the delivery times.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Chased a order after six weeks, recieved a reply asking for order number that they've never given me. Produced prove of payment and heard no more. Avoid.

Terrible, terrible delivery issues and customer service - responses take over a week to come back, and little to no effort made to resolve repeated delivery issues. Now having to resort to independent appeal to receive refund. Avoid! UPDATE: A full working week later and still no email from you. Clearly you just paste this generic comment as a counter to negative reviews. Pathetic.

Another review from me. Ordered 4 kayaks over 4 months ago. 2 arrived and the other 2 didn’t. Been claiming for months that they’ll get this sorted but have done nothing. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I’ve demanded a refund but this has been refused. I will keep these reviews up until I receive my refund. Until then, order from somewhere else. These people give the same generic response and never resolve issues. Scammers *update* Taking this further now and would advise everyone to do the same. There are legal authorities in place to deal with this so would urge everyone to seek legal advice.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY ARE SCAM! I see they keep answering the reviews here saying to contact them to solve the issue, but IT'S NOT TRUE. It's just to show the public that they can actually help, BUT THEY DON'T!! THEY'RE SCAM! I've ordered 2 bathrobes mid February with expected delivery in a week time and after a month still no sign of anything and no email from them. I contacted them and they said the order would have taken 7-10 days now. After a month again no show no emails from them. Contacted them again. They reply that this time it will take another month and that I would have had the option to cancel the order and get a refund. I obviously asked for a refund and since then (22 of February) nothing. I've wrote them twice already and they keep saying that they will refund you, there are delays and bs like that. I wish I read all the others reviews before. They should close.
