You want to contact them by phone with illusion to get a new kitty and they have never been useful. It makes me feel that Im bothering them when I call the number that they have on their website.... It seems that they dont want people to call or adopt an animal. Very strange behaviour for this kind of institution. Im really disappointed...

Incredible!! You try to call and they just hang up on you. I will certainly go to another institution. It is very sad to see that the animals have to get the consecuencies of the attitude of the people operating there. I totally recommend you to go to another shelter where your desire to adopt would be actually appreciated!!! Gaëtan Sgualdino, thank you for your repply but as you can see, I try to call and the person on the phone just hang up. I appriciate your effort but what should be a nice process has no need to be so difficult. I will find another institution.

On y a recueilli krokmou (bon d'accord il s'appelait Hawai avant), merci beaucoup à toute l'équipe de la SPA la Louvière pour leur présence et leur implication dans le cadre de l'adoption de notre bébé

Je ne comprends pas les critiques négatives. J'ai adopté un chat il y a une semaine et je suis ravi. L'équipe de la SPA est très accueillante, très avenante et les animaux sont très bien traités. Certes, leurs installations sont un peu vétustes mais ça n'impacte en rien la qualité de leur travail!

Conviviale, sérieux, à l écoute des animaux. Prends tres bien soins des pensionnaires. Promenades et câlins pour ces animaux abandonnés et en manque d affection. Bravo à tous les bénévoles amoureux, à leurs disponibilités et aux petits soins prodigué à tous ces malheureux qui attendent une famille chaleureux !!
