Did not live up to expectations. The restaurant was busy regardless the pandemic (August 2020) which was a good sign. We had high expectations based on the online reviews but unfortunately, both the food and service were disappointing. Nothing to rave about.

This was one of the most wonderful dinner and brunch. The food, excellent. Service, amazing. Place, perfect. There's nothing I could add. The research the chef must have done to offer those plates really deserves a mention here.

I had a great meal at Chez Truchon and it totally lived up to the hype! This is a Quebecois gastronomic institution. We enjoyed duck, lamb and swiss cheese fondue... Apparently fondue in Quebec is deep fried cheese and I'm down with that. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning!

Fantastic place to stay and have dinner. The rooms are very nice and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The best part though is the amazing food. We had both breakfast and dinner and were extremely satisfied with everything. If you aren't staying here I can still fully recommend calling in for a reservation for dinner.

Very nice interior and "covid friendly" aka tables are spaced out and they're separated by plexiglass. Food and service excellent but make sure you call ahead and reserve a spot (we got lucky w/o a reservation)

We had a reservation during covid and they took great care to make sure diners were well distanced and the staff were protective gear throughout. The food was very good and the ambiance was clean and welcoming. I had the small table d'hote and for the price the entire course were all very very good. Definitely recommend to everyone and hopefully we will be back. Thank you!

Excellent! We were walk-in clients. The food was what you would expect in a full-course French Resto in Montreal or Quebec. The prices reflect it. Well worth it. We will try to come back.
