The smoked meat is just alright but it is one of the best options in town. Good service, two dining rooms, menu has more options now than a few years ago. Good salads. Parking is not always easy to find on that street though.

Maybe it was my fault, but I order a pizza, and it wasn't. They shouldn't call that pizza, I was disappointed. Of course the smoke meat was good and may be it should be your only option if you eat here.
I do not recommend. Food quality is not good and overpriced. I have ordered the combo “Demi sous -marine avec demi-spaghetti”. * The salad from the sous-marine was not fresh and the dressing hided the smoked meat taste. * The spaghetti wasn’t fresh, I ordered and paid for smoked meat sauce but I received the regular bolognese sauce heated on microwave.
This is the best smoked meat I have had so far! It was delicious. Portions are good. Ambiance and atmosphere take you back in time. Staff is very friendly and service was fast and personal. We would come back :) !
A hidden gem in this area of what seems to be a few fast food places, pizzerias, patisseries, and local bar/restaurant dives. Nice atmosphere and good food.
There is schwartz in Montreal and Joey smoke meat at malbaie. Service was pretty fast. And staff was suuuper friendly. Smoke meat was soo tender and delicious! Took the greek salad also that had a super tasty vinegar sauce on it. Really yummy! For 2 people we spent 38 and I had the cherry hot peppers also (4). Definitely recommend and will try the one in longeuil too
Honestly, this is the BEST smoked meat I've ever had and I live in Montreal. The service was above and beyond. The mustard is to die for. If you're up for dessert I definitely recommend the chocolate cake. Rich and creamy. Great job guys.
Wonderful service. Restaurant was almost closed and were were about to skip dinner.... Joe's employees let us in and fed us even though they were almost closed. Thank you! The food was good too. Good place to grab a quick meaty bite! Recommended!
