I came here because my old tax guy who happened to be the best sold the company to this establishment. Last year it was my first year. Met with someone drop off my papers and that is that. A few days later receive an email not a call everything is electronic so good luck getting in touch with someone if you need to. Anyways last year I payed after the services like I done in the years I been doing taxes, however this year they ask for the money upfront so I asked what if I’m not please do I get my money back or how does this work.??? Question never got answer And I got this! Hello – I think that our cost and fee structure is not suitable for you and you have other options to have your tax return completed.
