My experienced from the front counter lady to the doctor was very pleasant. Very professional both ends and they explained everything to me efficiently. Thank you ladies for making my experience well worth it.

Very bad at coordinating. Lost precious time visiting the doctor and doing sleep study. The doctor confirmed the date and time of surgery, but when I followed up couple days before surgery they had no idea what the Doctor planned. Pretty horrible experience to be honest. Not sure how they scored a 4.5 on the reviews. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Please look beyond this place.

From the moment I step into the waiting room, I was helped right away and taken to the exam room, the girl at the front desk was super friendly and I can’t tell you enough about Dr Skelton, he is so nice, professional, patient, and explained everything in a way I can understand, he made me feel at ease. Thank you for making me feel confident that I came to right place.

My son and I both had to visit this ENT office for vertigo and we met with Dr Pitzer who is AWESOME! He's very personable, funny and a complete pro! Staff was also very friendly. Would highly recommend them. : )

I saw the doctor in June to fix my broken nose, hadn’t heard back, called at end of July, nothing was said just told me to wait. Didn’t mention referral was holding it up. Now here it is September and they said they are still waiting on referral. If they would have informed me at end of July that referral was holding up I could have contacted my insurance. With husband deploying, we had a 3 month window to have surgery and was told no problem we could get it done and when I called today 9/3 she said they are still waiting on referral. Office lady admitted they dropped the ball but now bcs of their lack of communication I will not be able to have my surgery till end of next year. Patient priority does not seem to be important to this office
