I started in July 2019 after doing no exercise for more than 2 years. I wanted a place that I could build strength and keep it in a environment where the focus was on fitness with good form so I can go though my 50's and beyond strong, fit, and mobile without injuries. I love this place! Being founded and run by Physical Therapists and having additional services from exceptional PT to outstanding therapeutic massage, and nutritionist this is your one stop place for total body strength and wellness for today and into the future. All of their coaches keep a tight eye on you and work with any limitations you may have to help you get to where you want to be. With their help and guidance I have lost 20 lbs since July, am stronger, like what I see in the mirror, and feel better than I have in years.

Fit Societe is an awesome place to be! The coaches are encouraging and the community is fantastic. I started attending in November 2019 so that I would have accountability and focus on building strength and endurance. I look forward to going to workout every day. I have been a member for almost 4 years. I started out coming in just one day a week, then slowly added in a second day. Now I try to make it 4-5 days per week. Every day is a new day - never the same old routine and that is my favorite part. Fit Societe is my home away from home! It’s a place I want to be every day! We have a great group in La Mesa! I’ve been a member at Fit Societe for about a year. I can’t imagine working out anywhere else. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you do your best. Every workout is planned and there’s always a great balance of cardio and strength. The La Mesa facility is beautiful, clean, and has everything you need to meet your fitness goals. It’s such a wonderful, encouraging community to be a part of.

I've been attending Fit Societe in La Mesa for over a year. There are multiple benefits to my physical body, my emotional and mental health, as well as gaining confidence in doing hard things. Scott and his team are the total package; professional, caring, energizing and encouraging, always adapting and making it so I will be able to complete a task, while not giving up or comparing to someone else. I'm so grateful to be a part of Fit Societe. I recently had a bone density test and discovered that all my working out has paid off and I don't need to take any medication.
