I needed to have the tube on my Phonak hearing aids replaced. I called Hearing Life and they were able to get me scheduled for the following day. Super easy, quick and free. The person who helped me was very customer service oriented. I'll definitely use them again.

The man we saw was very kind and was trying his hardest to help us out and save us money. Could've sold us big but instead fixed our hearing aid for free. Awesome experience highly recommended.
I would do a little diligence when searching for hearing aids before coming here. AccuQuest is a national outfit. Beware. These people at this location, if you can find it, have no medical staff, just a professional salesman drooling if you have any insurance to bill or CASH. Do not expect any medical compassion you might be looking for. Do not go there, Okay? Was recently at this location on a Monday morning, not one patient!! Nothing but crickets and tumbleweeds. TIP: Check for medical credentials wherever you go. Something is fishy here! Also, I felt extremely uncomfortable and actually ran out the door!
