Extremely professional, always on top of things and very responsive. If you are reading this, it is in response to GUY VANA & EMMA VANA, their review couldn't be anymore more inaccurate. That was my house you were renting, so I will take the time to correct your lies. With the electrical we tried MULTIPLE times to fix, which, according to you we couldn't come in due to your concerns with Covid. I paid multiple electricians when we lived their, before we tried to rent it, and again before you wonderful folks moved in, I have the receipts. In regards to the oof collapsing\ (t was a small section in the family room) I was on the phone with JD that Friday NIGHT MULTIPLE times when it happened, that Saturday and Sunday. We were trying to fix this issue, which was taken care of on Monday, even though we were met with push back to enter the house, again. Addressing the gardner not showing up, this is the first I have heard of it, as usual people wait to blast others without taking the proper steps to fix an issue, they just want to complain. If the gardner \barely ever came\ you should have let us know, remember I was paying him as well. Last but not least, you did not decide to move out, we PAID you to move out as we decided to sell the house. So as usual folks, don't trust what you read on he internet, people will justify their actions to fit their agenda. I HIGHLY recommend JD to manage your property, be your real estate agent or anything else you may need.

Josh was always quick to ensure our property was rented with VERY little gaps between tenants. He handled everything from minor repairs to larger tasks. We live out of state and fully trusted Josh to manage our property without any concern. He also sold our house in less than 30 days! Let’s see where to start? The electrical was out in half of the kitchen for over nine months and they did nothing about it. The large trashcan waste management was to pick up every week was so destroyed waste management ended up taking it. When you went to them with a problem they just put it on the back burner save your money and go somewhere else for a property management these guys are not concerned about you only themselves. Joshua is sure fast to respond when he wants something but takes his time responding back to you when you have a problem or a question. The absolute worst experience I ever had dealing with somebody very unprofessional I don’t even know how they have a license still. Save yourself a huge headache and go somewhere else for example I had a question about a problem we had on Friday at 4:30 PM and he said can’t wait till Monday I’m off for the weekend great landlord

Worst property management team ever. Never replies back to your texts unless their not busy. Roof collapsed and never got the roof fixed until we decided to move. Gardeners barely ever came. And then when we decided to move the gardeners started showing up. Keep your money and go elsewhere.
